What do you read from my store?
Only the public page you paste: product titles, prices, images and description, plus the platform (Shopify, WooCommerce and similar). We don't log in and we don't crawl your whole catalogue, at most 6 products from that page.
Is it really free?
Yes: one ad and one audit per store, and no card. Unlocking it creates your CreaScale account with the email and password you choose, which is what opens the ad here instead of making you wait for an inbox. The Pro plan is shown next to your ad, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
What happens to my email address?
It's used to send you the ad and the audit, and only if you tick the second box, occasional emails about CreaScale. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Controller: Matrix Tower LLC. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Consent is explicit, the box is never pre-ticked, it is tied to a stated purpose and withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link or support@creascale.ai.
Are the CTR and CPM numbers a promise?
No. They are estimates from benchmark ranges for your product category and angle. Real results depend on your offer, budget and audience.
