Can I downgrade or upgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the higher tier until then.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel in one click from your Billing page or the Stripe portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing. All purchases are final (no monetary refunds) — see our Terms — so you only ever pay for the period you chose.

How does billing work?

All payments are processed by Stripe. We support all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and SEPA / direct debit in the EU. Invoices are automatically emailed with VAT where applicable.

Why do Credit Packs require a subscription?

Credit Packs are a top-up mechanism for existing subscribers who need extra volume. If you are just getting started, the $19/mo Starter plan is the right entry point. This keeps the pricing simple and prevents pack hoarding.

What counts as "one credit"?

A static ad costs 3-9 credits by quality. A full image pipeline run (PDA Framework → 8 angles → 8 HD images + 8 ad copies) consumes ~30 credits. Individual actions (re-generate one image: ~2 credits, re-write one ad copy: ~1 credit, AI Image Edit: 3 credits (standard) or 15 (premium)) are billed à la carte.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan sends 300 WhatsApp order confirmations every month, with no card — you connect your own WhatsApp number and the messages are billed by Meta on that number, never by us. Shipping updates, delivery moments, the AI setup chat and the messaging API come with the paid plans. For static ads, you sign up free, describe your product and build your full campaign (angles, creative plan) at no cost, no card. You pay only when you launch. The $19/mo Starter plan is static ad creatives (250 credits — up to 60 image ads a month — plus AI Image Edit) and WhatsApp order confirmations with follow-up replies (2,500 sends a month, 3 templates).
