Can I downgrade or upgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the higher tier until then.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel in one click from your Billing page or the Stripe portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing. All purchases are final (no monetary refunds) — see our Terms — so you only ever pay for the period you chose.

How does billing work?

All payments are processed by Stripe. We support all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and SEPA / direct debit in the EU. Invoices are automatically emailed with VAT where applicable.

Why do Credit Packs require a subscription?

Credit Packs are a top-up mechanism for existing subscribers who need extra volume. If you are just getting started, the $19/mo Starter plan is the right entry point. This keeps the pricing simple and prevents pack hoarding.

What counts as "one credit"?

A UGC video ad consumes 30 (draft), 50 (standard) or 90 (premium) credits at ~16s — longer videos scale with duration. A static ad costs 3-9 credits by quality. A full image pipeline run (PDA Framework → 8 angles → 8 HD images + 8 ad copies) consumes ~30 credits. Individual actions (re-generate one image: ~2 credits, re-write one ad copy: ~1 credit, AI Image Edit: ~2 credits) are billed à la carte.

Is there a free trial?

We do not run a recurring free trial — UGC video generation has a real AI cost. Instead, the $19/mo Starter plan lets you generate UGC video ads on your own product from a single prompt, and you can cancel anytime.

Do you offer agency / multi-seat pricing?
