How to cancel your subscription

To cancel: go to Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep your plan and remaining credits until then, and you are not charged again.

No-refund policy: all purchases are final. Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable (see Terms §4.3). This is why we let you build before paying, you set up your whole campaign or your WhatsApp confirmation flow at no cost, and pay only when you launch it, so you know exactly what you get.

If something is technically wrong (a generation failed and credits were charged), those credits are automatically returned to your balance, that is separate from a monetary refund and happens without any request.
