How to refund or cancel subscription

To cancel: go to Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your plan until then, credits included.
Refund policies: Starter $19/mo = satisfied or refunded within 48 hours of your first charge, no questions asked. Pro / Scale / Enterprise = 7-day money-back from the first charge of each new cycle. Credit Packs = pro-rata refund for unused credits within 14 days.
For subscription refunds beyond the 7-day window, email support@creascale.ai with your use case — we review every request manually and typically issue goodwill refunds for genuine dissatisfaction.
Stripe handles the refund mechanically. Funds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
