How to cancel your subscription

To cancel: go to Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your plan and remaining credits until then, and you are not charged again.

No-refund policy: all purchases are final. Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable (see Terms §4.3). This is why we let you try before paying — your first ad is generated free on your real product (premium quality, delivered with a light watermark; the HD version unlocks with Starter), no card, so you know exactly what you get.

If something is technically wrong (a generation failed and credits were charged), those credits are automatically returned to your balance — that is separate from a monetary refund and happens without any request.
