Why my Stripe payment didn't add credits

Stripe webhooks sync credits to your account within 5-30 seconds of a successful payment. If you do not see credits after 5 minutes, something went wrong.
First, check Billing → Invoice History — if the payment shows as "Succeeded" but credits are not applied, our webhook handler likely failed to deliver. Refresh the page 1-2 times; if still missing, email support@creascale.ai with your Stripe receipt number (ch_xxxxxx or pi_xxxxxx) and we will manually reconcile within 30 minutes during business hours.
If the payment shows "Processing" or "Pending", your bank is still verifying. SEPA and some debit cards can take up to 24h. ApplePay/GooglePay/Visa/Mastercard credit cards are instant.
Duplicate charge protection: if Stripe retried a charge due to an initial network error, credits are added only once. You will not be double-credited or double-charged.
