Shopify orders, confirmed on WhatsApp
Order created fires the confirmation. Order fulfilled fires the shipping update. Both in the buyer's own language, both from your own WhatsApp number, with nothing left for you to click.
orders/create sends the confirmation; orders/updated reaching a fulfilled state sends the shipping notice. The buyer's language comes from the locale Shopify recorded, then from the shipping country. Free plan: 300 confirmations a month, no card. What connecting actually does
You authorise the app once. CreaScale then reads what it needs to write a correct message — products, orders, customers, inventory and locations — and subscribes to the order webhooks. There is no theme edit, no script tag, no checkout customisation, and nothing to maintain when Shopify updates.
From that moment, the two events that matter are wired: an order is created, and an order becomes fulfilled. Each has a message, each message is a template you wrote and Meta approved, and each goes out on your own WhatsApp Business number.
The variables come from the order, not from a guess
The template you write carries placeholders, and each placeholder is filled from the order itself: the reference, the item, the total in the order's own currency, the delivery address. Meta substitutes by position, so a placeholder reused twice in the same message still counts as one variable — a detail that silently breaks template submissions elsewhere, and which CreaScale counts the same way Meta does.
The phone number is normalised to international format from whatever the order carried, so a buyer who typed a local number still receives the message.
One order, one confirmation — even when Shopify retries
Shopify redelivers webhooks when it does not get a clean acknowledgement, which means every naive integration eventually double-messages a customer. CreaScale keys the send on the order id in the database and lets the constraint arbitrate, rather than checking first and then writing. Two concurrent deliveries of the same order produce one message.
Where this sits next to the rest of CreaScale
The same account also runs the static ad studio: paste a product URL and get eight Meta-ready image ads with copy written natively in your market's language. The ads bring the orders in; the WhatsApp sequence confirms them. Both are billed as one flat subscription, and the WhatsApp side starts free.
If you want the conversational agent that answers questions and closes orders on its own rather than a fixed sequence, that is a separate product, in beta, on the Scale and Enterprise plans — see the AI sales agent.
Frequently asked questions
Which Shopify permissions does it ask for?
Read access to products, orders, customers, inventory and locations, plus write access to orders and draft orders. Order and customer data are what compose the message; the write scopes are what let the agent create a confirmed order when you use it.
Does it touch my theme or my checkout?
No. The integration is server to server through Shopify's order webhooks. Nothing is injected into your storefront, so nothing breaks when you change theme.
What if I sell cash on delivery through Shopify?
That is the case this was built for. The confirmation goes out the moment the order is created, before anything is dispatched — see confirming COD orders on WhatsApp.
Can I stop it without uninstalling?
Yes. The automatic pipeline has an explicit off switch that pauses store-triggered sends while leaving anything you drive through the API untouched.
What does it cost on top of Shopify?
The free plan covers 300 confirmations a month with no card. Beyond that, plans start at $19 a month. Meta bills the WhatsApp conversations directly on your own number at its own rates; CreaScale adds no markup and takes no percentage of your sales.
